Hello everyone! I’m Jenny Phan from the KidsOnline Customer Success team. My role involves assisting kindergartens, preschools, and nursery schools in Vietnam and around the world in utilizing our KidsOnline Global platform and its resources. Insights on Supporting Global Education
Question: Jenny, you’ve been working in the KidsOnline Customer Success team, supporting kindergartens, preschools, and nurseries in Vietnam and globally. From your experience, are there similarities and differences in working with Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese educational institutions?
Jenny: I am incredibly proud to be a member of the KidsOnline Customer Success team. It’s been a rewarding journey working with schools in Malaysia, Singapore, Nigeria, and many other countries, each offering unique insights and experiences.
One fundamental similarity across the board is that all schools, whether Vietnamese or international, benefit from the KidsOnline Global platform, which makes the support process largely uniform. However, I’ve noticed that kindergartens, preschools, and nurseries outside of Vietnam tend to be more eager and quick to explore new features and innovations. This enthusiasm truly highlights the effectiveness of our KidsOnline platform and the positive impact it can have on their operations!
Question: You are now supporting preschools and kindergartens as far away as Africa in using the KidsOnline app. How do you handle time zone differences?
Jenny: Managing different time zones can indeed be challenging at times. However, I find that our customers quickly adapt to the KidsOnline platform thanks to its clean and intuitive design, which makes navigation straightforward. Once I adjust to the time zone of the country I’m working with, everything flows smoothly, and I can provide effective support without any issues!
Question: And lastly, what do you enjoy the most when demoing or onboarding new kindergartens, preschools, and nurseries to the KidsOnline platform?
Jenny: What excites me the most is introducing KidsOnline to new preschools. Every time I conduct a demo or onboard a new client, it’s a rewarding experience knowing that I am helping them streamline their daily management processes. I love witnessing that “aha” moment when they realize how much our KidsOnline platform can enhance their routines at the preschool, kindergarten, or nursery!
